Porter Ranch is a large LA neighborhood located in northwest San Fernando Valley, just south of the Santa Susana Mountains. With an area of around 5.59 square miles and a population of only around 30,500, it has one of the lowest densities in the city of Los Angeles.

This family-friendly community is home to gated neighborhoods of spacious single-family homes, as well as several townhomes and condos. As one of the newest neighborhoods in Los Angeles, many of the city’s most recent residential developments are found here.

With the new developments came all the amenities essential to a self-sufficient community. Top-rated schools, shopping centers, grocery stores, parks, and playgrounds can be found around Porter Ranch, with a 50-acre park in the pipeline and an upscale retail center currently under construction.
