Encino

Encino is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the San Fernando Valley, and the stump of the recently felled 1,000-year-old Encino oak tree in Louise Avenue is proof of that. Featuring blocks of large single-family homes and acres of parks and green spaces, Encino boasts an enduring small town charm that will make you forget you’re less than 25 minutes from Downtown LA.

A busy section of Ventura Boulevard cuts through the neighborhood. It is here where you’ll find Encino Commons, the locals’ version of a downtown area. Also known as “The Valley’s Miracle Mile”, the strip is home to over 300 businesses, including restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the neighborhood’s highly popular Farmer’s Market.

The most luxurious homes in Encino are built along the slopes of the Santa Monica Mountains, providing stunning views and tranquil isolation. Closer to community hubs are classic bungalows with spacious yards, perfect for families, retirees, and everyone in between.
