Found right in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, where the 101 and 105 freeways converge, Sherman Oaks offers fantastic access to the rest of the metro, including Downtown LA, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. This Los Angeles neighborhood is surrounded by some of the top communities in the area, including Bel Air, Studio City, and Encino.
Part of Sherman Oaks lies on the slopes of the Santa Monica Mountains, and homes in this area are some of the most coveted in the city, providing wonderful views and great access to outdoor recreation. Sherman Oaks is also known for fabulous shopping and dining. Around the neighborhood are three large shopping malls, several chain restaurants, and big box stores.
